Returns and Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your Divena jewellery. However, if your item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, we are happy to assist with an exchange. Please read our policy below:
Due to our handcrafted process, each Divena piece is unique and minor variations may occur. Natural stones also exhibit natural differences. We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping.
For hygiene reasons, Divena does not accept returns or exchanges merely for a change of mind. We only accommodate exchanges due to damage in transit or incorrect items shipped.
To be eligible for exchange, notify us within 2 days of delivery at contact@divena.co.uk Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item in its original condition and packaging.
Once our Quality Control team approves the exchange, we will provide return details. We will ship a replacement piece upon receipt of the original item.
Divena is not responsible for lost/damaged packages during return shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges will NOT be made for:
- Incorrect or invalid shipping address provided
- Damage caused by the customer
- Worn or altered items
- Minor natural variations in product
- Pre-ordered custom items
- Slight bending of earring stems due to softer metal used
- Products on sale
Refunds are not available except for faulty/damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This policy only applies to purchases made directly from Divena. Third party sales are exempt.
