Shipping Charges:
UK shipping is free on every order. For orders outside the UK, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination address and the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
For United Kingdom Orders:
Free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.
Returns & exchange:
For hygiene reasons, Divena does not accept returns or exchanges merely for a change of mind. We only accommodate exchanges due to damage in transit or incorrect items shipped.
To be eligible for exchange, notify us within 2 days of delivery at contact@divena.co.uk Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item in its original condition and packaging.
Once our Quality Control team approves the exchange, we will provide return details. We will ship a replacement piece upon receipt of the original item.
