Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically during the checkout process based on the destination address and weight/dimensions of the shipment. Rates may vary based on current pricing from our courier partners or special promotional offers.
For United Kingdom Orders:
A flat shipping fee of £5 will be charged on orders less than £70, delivered within the United Kingdom. Orders worth more that equal to £70 will have a free delivery within United Kingdom. This provides an affordable shipping option for our customers in the UK.
Returns & exchange:
For hygiene reasons, Divena does not accept returns or exchanges merely for a change of mind. We only accommodate exchanges due to damage in transit or incorrect items shipped.
To be eligible for exchange, notify us within 2 days of delivery at contact@divena.co.uk Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item in its original condition and packaging.
Once our Quality Control team approves the exchange, we will provide return details. We will ship a replacement piece upon receipt of the original item.
